The Real Estate Institute Of SA’s rental market survey for the December quarter revealed positive results in spite of a challenging economy.

The vacancy rate rose marginally from 3.21% to 3.4% however many agents are experiencing challenging times in a slower market. Agents continue to stress the importance of pricing correctly and presenting the property well.

The median house rental is $315 per week.
